Who we are

Retzia™ is dental practice software made by Dr. Mukund D. Sawant, Badlapur, Maharashtra, India. Contact: trigemiai@gmail.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the early-access form: your name, clinic, city, number of doctors, and your WhatsApp number or email. We also keep the date and time you sent it.

Why

To contact you about early access to Retzia. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not send them to advertisers.

Where it is kept

• In a private file on our web host (Hostinger), outside the public website.
• In the Retzia email inbox (Gmail), where each sign-up arrives as an email.

How long

Until early access ends and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

Email trigemiai@gmail.com to see, correct or delete what you sent, or to stop hearing from us. We reply within 7 working days.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark theme choice in your own browser only. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's IP address when the page loads.

This note covers the website only

It does not cover the Retzia software used inside clinics. Patient records in that software stay on the clinic's own computer.
